HECO®SLIP 131 C – antistatic lubricant in the finest powder form
HECO®SLIP 131 C is developed as a very fine powder for applications in which a homogeneous distribution of the lubricant is essential. Due to its low melting point and easy processability, the additive produces a homogeneous molding compound with optimal flow behavior and antistatic properties. Forming a separating layer on the surface makes demoulding easier. As a slip and mold release additive, HECO®SLIP 131 C can be used in many thermoplastics such as polyolefins, polyamides or polycarbonate. The use in PVC plastisols is also convincing.
HECO®SLIP 140 PO – lubricant for universal use
HECO®SLIP PO is a universal slip and mold release additive. In polar plastics, e.g. polyamides, it develops its effect as an external lubricant and improves their demoulding. In non-polar materials, e.g. polypropylene, it allows the melt to flow better and significantly simplifies mold filling. Thanks to its high melting point, HECO®SLIP 140 PO can be used in processes in which other lubricants already stick the granules together.
HECO®SLIP 170 PE – thermostable lubricant for temperature peaks
We have developed HECO®SLIP 170 PE specifically for use in processes where higher temperature loads are to be expected during processing. Due to its high temperature stability, HECO®SLIP 170 PE works reliably as a mold release agent in polyolefinic materials.
HECO®SLIP 171 PE – thermostable lubricant with anti-aging effect
HECO®SLIP 171 PE has an additional effect compared to HECO®SLIP 170 PE: In addition to the reliable demoulding of components in thermally stressful processes, HECO®SLIP 171 PE protects the product against thermal aging. In this way, it stabilizes the process in order to produce the molded part in a way that protects the material.
